6 MONTHS HAS BEEN OVER:

List out:

  1. What I had done over the past six months?
  2. What I haven’t done yet?
  3. How far I had allotted my time to my goals?
  4. What are my setbacks?
  5. What’re my results so far?

These are all we must ask ourselves. In the 1st of January, we decided our dreams to do in 2019. But, today is the time to track our own results. For the past six months.

How am I doing and dealing with the stuff?

It’s often important to measure, what’s going on?

I personally think we must do this every month. Just writing in the notepad.

Okay fine. Let’s do it by today!

What I planned?

What am doing with the plan?

Is that plan is working?

What are the expected results and if not what should I do?

Nothing will gonna work. If you didn’t track your results.

Every time, we plan, we do the things, but we aren’t tracking the final results. That’s the problem.

The final results pay off. The results will something teach us and we could able to learn from it.

Learning from failure is the best teacher.

My final note: I’m not giving a nervous note. It’s a precaution. Half-of-the-year over. So, we must push our goal harder.

Just close your eyes and remind on the first day of the year 2019.

Then everything works.

MY STORY: WHAT I LEARNED FROM BOOKS?

I haven’t read any books until college. It’s a bad statement but, I was hanging around with my high school books.

8428

I started reading the first book in my college library. The language was Tamil. சாதனைகள் சாத்தியமே ( Achievements are achievable). I hope, I’m translating it right! Sorry.

Thangavelu Marimuthu is the author.

It contains only 128 pages. I really struggled to finish it off. At the same time, I would love to finish it because I felt really motivated the way the author has been conveyed.

I never read books for entertainment or passing times (if I feel boring). I will read the book because I love it, I’d love to learn from it. Finally, I’m gonna think with all the possibilities then I’ll apply. Every time, I used to say particularly special about books. Vocabulary. The unknown words make me search the meaning and also to use it in the conversation.

So far, my thinking ability has been widened. I’m feeling like the same books I read, I need to read it again. Still, I could go into deeper.

Every month, I read the minimum 2 and maximum 3.

Then every month, I visit the mall and old bookshop I will buy 2 more books.

My state of mind was happy, it knows what to learn?

This was my asset.

Readers are leaders,

Readers are writers.

MY STORY: WHAT LIFE HAD TAUGHT ME, SO FAR?

It’s not my sentimental or emotional content. But,

Only two assets had taught me in my life.

It was my open statement.

Tangible was a book and Intangible was my lessons learned in my life.

I will talk tomorrow about books.

I could not believe; how adamant and impatient I was, I mean 10 years ago.

Through patience and perseverance, I was doing a bit good, those two essential qualities. Life started teaching me.

In fact, at this moment I should not write this content. I haven’t reached any milestones.

For the past seven years, I started hanging around with my goals. I was totally amateur. I don’t know, what’s wrong with me? But, I started writing it and working towards my vision, still playing with my sport, still looking for the best effort every day, sorry again same OLD CONTENT (statement), STILL STRUGGLING, BUT STILL LOOKING FORWARD. Even though, I started hating life. At the same time, I was still dreaming to succeed. That kind of, something I don’t know what to say? Can I say it was my obsession? Sounds wired!

But, I think life is not hating me, rather the lesson was teaching me so far.

I wasn’t a simple one-page plan, you can write it and you can win easily as per the plan.

My last line. It’s far more beyond. We could not imagine.

Are you learning and growing what life has been teaching you?

WHY COLLABORATION IS MOST REQUIRED SKILL IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP?

Every successful person had grown not with their own skills. But they collaborated with the right set of peoples.

For every entrepreneur, they would love to form a team, they’d love to seek a Co-founder, even though, they have an own set of ideas or whatever, still they form a team. Teamwork leads to success.

My true story and it was also a lesson, I‘d love to share. When I was doing my undergraduate in my college. Precisely, in the first year, I was totally hesitated and silent with my colleague’s. If any work has been allocated, I work alone because mingling with the people is a problem I felt very hard. In the final year, I became representative. I voluntarily became. I would like to be a leader but I wasn’t fine with the people sounds awkward. Even still I don’t know the word collaboration in that point of time. Later, I asked myself.

What does it take to be a leader?

It’s not that you’re saying something to your team and they must obey.

No, I was totally wrong. Felt nasty.

After step-by-step, I started talking with every colleague.

We formed together and made some experiments and participated in intercollegiate meets even we won. We all happy finally. I realized. And I knew.

What does it take to become a leader?

And how to collaborate?

When it comes entrepreneurship or any other surrounding with the people and doing the great stuff’s are needed.

Let’s collaborate and the rest gonna be the history.

SIX VALUABLE STORIES FROM 1921 NOBEL PRICE THEORETICAL PHYSICIST ALBERT EINSTEIN:

It’s been very long to post such a valuable story. This is the second valuable story after Abraham Lincoln because I was keenly looking forward to conveying these kinds of stories.

It’s absolutely interesting and peculiar when I was reading. Just morning I got this story from my professor Rajeev Ramanath through What’s app. My professor is a practising Chartered Accountant over the past 10 years in Kerala, a state of India. Also taking classes for Economics and Cost Accounting.

alberteinstein1-2xE = mc2 is a well-known equation across the globe. But still certain stories behind the scenes.

Six enthralling stories:

  1. One day during a speaking tour, Albert Einstein’s driver, who often sat at the back of the hall during his lectures, remarked that he could probably give the lecture himself, having heard it so many times. Sure enough, at the next stop on the tour, Einstein and the driver switched places, with Einstein sitting at the back in his driver’s uniform. Having delivered a flawless lecture, the driver was asked a difficult question by a member of the audience. “Well, the answer to that question is quite simple,” he casually replied. “I bet my driver, sitting up at the back there, could answer it!”
  2. Albert Einstein’s wife often suggested that he dress more professionally when he headed off to work. “Why should I?” he would invariably argue. “Everyone knows me there.” When the time came for Einstein to attend his first major conference, she begged him to dress up a bit. “Why should I?” said Einstein. “No one knows me there!”
  3. Albert Einstein was often asked to explain the general theory of relativity. “Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour,” he once declared. “Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. That’s relativity!”
  4. When Albert Einstein was working at Princeton University, one day he was going back home he forgot his home address. The driver of the cab did not recognize him. Einstein asked the driver if he knows Einstein’s home. The driver said “Who does not know Einstein’s address? Everyone in Princeton knows. Do you want to meet him?. Einstein replied “I am Einstein. I forgot my home address; can you take me there? “The driver reached him to his home and did not even collect his fare from him.
  5. Einstein was once travelling from Princeton on a train when the conductor came down the aisle, punching the tickets of every passenger. When he came to Einstein, Einstein reached in his vest pocket. He couldn’t find his ticket, so he reached in his trouser pockets. It wasn’t there, so he looked in his briefcase but couldn’t find it. Then he looked in the seat beside him. He still couldn’t find it. The conductor said, ‘Dr. Einstein, I know who you are. We all know who you are. I’m sure you bought a ticket. Don’t worry about it.’ Einstein nodded appreciatively. The conductor continued down the aisle punching tickets. As he was ready to move to the next car, he turned around and saw the great physicist down on his hands and knees looking under his seat for his ticket. The conductor rushed back and said, ‘Dr. Einstein, Dr Einstein, don’t worry, I know who you are. No problem. You don’t need a ticket. I’m sure you bought one.’ Einstein looked at him and said, ‘Young man, I too, know who I am. What I don’t know is where I’m going.’
  6. When Einstein met Charlie Chaplin:  Einstein said,

*”What I admire most about your art, is its universality. You do not say a word, and           yet … the world understands you.”*

“It’s true,” replied Charlie Chaplin,

*”But your fame is even greater: The world admires you when nobody understands you.”. *

*_Nice & refreshing are good old memories_*

THE RISK FACTOR:

The biggest risk in life is not taking any risk said by Facebook Co-Founder Mark Zuckerberg.

To succeed risks plays a vital role. But, the huge set of risks must give huge output.

That’s the question mark

Risks should not lead to failure. Set of calculated risks are my mantra.

If an entrepreneur gonna capture the market, he/she has to know what needs to do. They have to project the risks in order to conquer the market.

Blind risks and insane risks are useless.

We can take the risk.

We must see how the scenarios works?

We must visualize the risks.

To be simple, we all would like to work moreover 16 or 17 hours a day. Even though everyone considers risky. But, rest and sleep factors play here. Psychologist prefers a solid 6- and 7-hours sleep needed. We must have to balance the good deep sleep.

Don’t go far beyond.

Take a balanced and appropriate risk.

IT’S OKAY TO FAIL:

Every entrepreneur, every writer, every sportsman, the mentality was “IT’S OKAY TO FAIL”

This is the only statement for all extraordinary people to succeed.

Even I too was deep trouble in failure. But, I just created the mentality. I couldn’t bounce back from it. I was totally broken. I couldn’t swallow it. I couldn’t digest it. So, those failures are root to my success. At this moment I felt superb because I understood what is my problem? The mistakes I had done.

I observed all the successful people.

How they are?

What their resilience?

They failed a lot. But they learned from it and they are back to the business.

I truly and personally consider failure is a valuable lesson. We can learn a lot.

Let’s take a pledge.

FOR SUCCESS,

IT’S OKAY TO FAIL.

AM I OVERTHINKING?

Or am I visualizing?

Or am I dreaming?

Or am I just thinking?

Are the over-thinking effects out happiness?

Is the over-thinking leads to unhappiness?

Is the over-thinking dissatisfying our success?

Or over-thinking simply leads to distortion?

We must ask every day in front of our own mirror.

I WRITE, BASED ON THE GROWTH-ORIENTED PEOPLE:

So far, I was writing based on the successful people they had developed growth-oriented mindsets.

If you take my blog so far. I start with successful people and ends with successful people. For the past 7 years, I started learning from successful people. I was watching their habits and precisely their productivity, decision-making skills, monetary perspectives, hiring, here comes to my part reading books and acquiring knowledge.

I made a few research on this by reading their books and biographies and autobiographies. For instance, I read Microsoft secrets, Google. Then Robin Sharma’s books, Dale Carnegie. Right now, I was reading Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson.

Often, if I write or speak something, I will speak about them. And I felt totally inspired. That makes me move forward. Even though, I feel that makes us move forward. To build a succeeding life. I must take them as a superior example.

They are my inspiration, I write based on them.
