A SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT:

It is not something I’m gonna write an extravaganza post. But I have a pleasant feeling. The only certain feeling seems silly to others but that’s what makes you feel something you can’t describe through words. But you can have that feeling in your heart to stay well.

After a long gap. I had arranged the books in my wardrobe. It’s isn’t a very simple one. But I’m feeling I have to read enormously. If you have to do well in your work or projects. You have to read and research also you need to take very important notes.

After an hour of the arrangement, I could able to know how much faster I need to read.

I’m feeling motivated not by the stacks of books or fascinated look.

Beyond. Books are carving me.

ART OF BEING A PROFESSOR:

To become a professor, you need to have sufficient knowledge. Then you have to teach others simply and comprehensively. That’s the expectations from all.

Everything starts with the love of teaching. It starts from a service mentality without any single motive.

I personally think it’s not mandatory you teacher has to be best one to you. If your professor inspires you, you are lucky and deserved. It wasn’t happening for everyone. What I’m feeling right now, several students don’t have teachers too. They come up with self-learning. They suffered. Those experiences make them become teacher. Adding to the point, It’s all about individual interest. It all about your own passion. If you started feeling to teach or to be a professor. That’s astounding. But I felt the teaching profession was such a service to build a superior society. You have to come up with your whole heart to dedicate your life to your upcoming students.

Teaching profession gives satisfaction to our soul. Apart from recognition.

WHY THINGS TAKES TIME?

It’s not what you think!

I’m sure. You have to cross the giant bridge.

Let’s say a writer, it’s not simply you can write a book or article in the first draft. You have to come up with a lot of ideas. Even quite often the ideas may go wrong or illogical.

Still, there is hope. Stephen Hawking says.

For me particularly in writing. I could able to realize there is a lot of differences in writing style.

But I knew, it never happened in a day or a few weeks. It took me 5 months. The number 5 is nothing but why am I saying is least I’m bit good at writing so far.

To get the good rhythm you have to maintain consistency in the field.

If something is taking much time. We are supposed/able to touch the peak.

I realized it. You (readers) if you go through my all posts. There is a bit of transformation you could able to see.

Nothing to worry. Hang-on.

LEARN.

Why successful people keep on learning?

Why every entrepreneur keeps on learning?

Why every writer keeps on learning?

WHY LEGENDS SAID, THE MORE YOU LEARN THE MORE YOU EARN.

First Learn and then take out the L and Earn.

People get wrong with this statement.

No one has reached the top without learning.

Foremost, they would like to know more about what is going on in their field. It not simply reading but they are in deep learning. That makes them achieve.

I personally read a lot. Because if we read there are enough possibilities to arise the questions. If that question goes deeper into our mind the new ideas will be born. We must ready to do an experiment with those ideas.

As I often say.

If you are reading more in your field that’s fantastic.

If you are reading widely that’s marvellous.

Ohh, I’m sorry folks. As I said every week on this particular day as per the IST (Indian Standard Time). I will share this manual.

But, unfortunately, it was delayed.

Alright.

Finally, a self-assessment exercise allows you to evaluate how good you are at communicating. As you begin to communicate more effectively.

LEARNING THE BASICS:

Everybody communicates in one way or another, but few managers deliver their messages as well as they can.

POWER TIPS:

  1. Encourage your company to improve all types of communication.
  2. Note that good communicators make much better managers.
  3. Be non-judgmental when trying to overcome other people’s barrier.
  4. Match your medium to your message with great care.
  5. Whenever possible, use visuals to communicate.

Good communications are the lifeblood of organizations. It takes many forms such as speaking, writing, and listening.

BEING EFFECTIVE:

In management, you communicate to get things done, pass on and obtain information, reach a decision, achieve joint understanding, and develop relationships.

RECOGNIZING BARRIERS:

There are always at least two parties involved in the communications, each of whom may have different wants, needs and attitudes. If they conflict with those of other parties, and such barriers may stop you conveying or receiving the right message. Any communications must overcome such barriers if it is to be successful, and the first step is to recognize that they exist.

COMMUNICATING POSITIVELY:

Maintaining eye contact, listening to what the other person is saying, and mirroring the body language all help you to communicate successfully.

ACHIEVING CLARITY:

THREE RULES TO GOVERN GOOD COMMUNICATION:

  • Be clear in your own mind about what you want to communicate.
  • Deliver the message succinctly.
  • Ensure that the message has been clearly and correctly understood.

CHOOSING METHODS:

Decide on your message first: then select the best method to covey it, make sure that you have mastered its technique.

COMBINING METHODS:

Methods of communications can be grouped into five main types:

  1. The written word.
  2. The spoken and (heard word)
  3. The symbolic gesture.
  4. Visual image.
  5. And a combination of these.

GRAB, PUSHES YOU FURTHER:

Of course, I often say you need to program your mind. Especially in the morning, jumping out of the bed.

Simultaneously, things might go wrong. Sometimes, don’t know what to do. Please, we must understand. The flow never will the same as a straight-line. There will be ups and downs.  In that point in time, you have to grab something. That makes push you further. Because you cannot simply leave the day as I’m upset or today is the unlucky day. Or this is a bad time.

I personally, I grab a book. Or a few pictures. Or a few short videos. It contains 3 or 5 minutes. It makes me boost up and I felt fresh to do the work. I feel productive. The flow seems very good.

The point is, you have to get up.

That’s it.

SO FAR, MY WRITING.

I couldn’t see my mistakes often. Sometimes I noticed. But If I ask someone to review it. My way of writing needs to take more action.

Last night, I had a conversation with Melissa Willis-Sell. She is an Author, Writer and Book series. She also runs her own page with her name. I deliberately liked her page. Because I need someone to review my writings.

At first, I asked her to give tips or advice to be a writer. Then, I requested her to go through my few posts on my FB or Blog.

She reverted. That time I felt very hard because I still don’t know what’s my mistakes.

I’m always felt a bit good. After I wrote my post.

Yesterday, I get to know what is my fault?

She said it should be edited. Also, it has improper sentences and make it shorter and make more pleasing to the eye. Join writing groups. Certain sentences are a statement, not a question Sona period will do. Re-read it you will identify it. She also suggests to READ A LOT. She preferred one of the books such as Stephen King.

It’s a really very good experience for me personally. Finally, I always need constructive criticisms.

So, I have to keep on rectifying it.

I would like to thank her again. I had realized what’s my mistakes.

I’m quite happy.

BE THE PERSON YOU WANNA BE.

There is nothing wrong with who or how you are?

If it’s your nature of the character you can show off. Please do remember you should hurt anybody verbally or physically.

People are overly hesitated by their own thoughts and opinions. They are scared. They are still worried about others. They never take care of themselves.

I’m not blindly saying about selfishness.

But, at a certain point of time in your life. You have to share/show your nature of the ability (your thoughts, your ideas, your sensitivity, creativity, your craziness and everything). You could not able to copy or you should not be too silent.

Life is all about what is said at first and what you execute is second.

Prepare yourself to deliver.

If I’m writing right now, I’m conveying to you my thoughts through words.

Get ready for frankness and openness.

DAYS AND TIMES ARE TOO ADVERSE:

We were completely broken.

There is quote, single chapter or a page, never affect the whole book.

But,

Should we in the circle with the broken mindset?

Or

Should we swallow the bad stuff with the tears and still visualizing our dream?

Where are we?

What do we suppose to do?

Enormous people are still halfway towards success, but if they were broken at the specific point or a day, they are ultimately broken.

The very flexibility quit.

Or

They stand like a statue.

We all talk about the habit of “Never Ever Give-Up.

We still easily tend to forget.

If we could able to tolerate the bad days and bad apples.

Success is still waiting for us.

For me, today is a rough day and I still don’t know what to do?

That makes me write this.

Honestly, I’m not creating something as people quit or they easily give up. I still had seen many people in my real life. They quit.

I really wonder.

Why don’t they keep looking forward?

Until attaining the success.

BE A VALUABLE PERSON:

That’s what society needs. Nobody cares if you are a billionaire or Bureaucrat.

If you are a valuable person. They will recognize you. They will take you as a role-model. They will respect you. They will pay attention to you.

I often say provide value. Give something good.  Money is ultimately secondary. Money and fame come naturally. Never run towards it. If you took me as an example, I write, but I still believe some valuable lines I need to provide. Or else, things will be worse.

I’m not specifying about creativity. Creativity also plays a major role but at the same time, it must be useful to all. It must make an impact.

You cannot buy value anywhere. But you can realize, create and deliver.
