MY OPINION/VALUABLE LESSON: AS A READER’S PERSPECTIVE:

From the content, introduction and conclusion, every reader will try to understand what’s been written.

My opinion is that every reader should have some questions from the book they had read. The questions could be critical/supportive/awkward/. That’s not an issue at all. The opinion of every reader’s differs. But, it is the duty of a reader to respond. I suggest a reader can respond directly to the writer/author. Please correct me if I’m wrong, there should the relationship between the reader and a writer. If the responses happen in a face-to-face/straight forward manner. Things will end in a smooth manner. There is enough possibility that the reader could get the answers from a writer.

Here, the reader should not hurt the writer for publicity/vengeance.

This is the lesson I started learning as a reader.

WHAT IS THE MOTTO OF AN ENTREPRENEUR?

We must ask our self before one must engage in an Entrepreneurship. I personally think, please correct me, if I’m wrong. Everyone has to stand in front of the mirror.

Or.

Should write in the notepad.

What is my motto?

Am I doing it for my personal fortune?

Or.

Am I making my company as a trillion-dollar company?

Or.

Am I ready to provide feasible products/services to the ultimate consumers?

Be concise and crystal clear.

You should not change the track or trend. Please make sure.

It’s time to ask. Even it’s taking time, please be quiet. Think well.

Go-Ahead.

WHAT IS THE MOTTO OF A WRITER?

The motto of the writer is to keep writing.

Even if the way of writing is bad. The determination to write is the most important. Every aspiring writer, having a dream, to be a writer. They usually think like a writer. But, the problem is they never write.

Unless, you write, even if the piece seems nasty. Your skill in writing never grow.

Once, you had started to write, you might recognize what is the mistake? If you honestly, approach someone to rectify your writings. That’s absolutely fantastic.

The motto of every writer must have adequate guidance, if you started writing, definitely you need. Before and after writing, make sure you should not hesitate to ask someone.

How was my writing?

How can I recover from those mistakes?

Could you recommend any books for me?

Please, ask those kinds of questions.

If anybody decided to write. Just think a bit. And start writing more. Even though, if you are writing at that moment. Of course, you need to think a lot. That’s ultimately needed.

Write, write and keeping writing.

191 POSTS = 500 LIKES.

Annotation 2019-09-14 013121

I don’t know what to write.

I couldn’t write, how am I feeling right now?

I’m blank. I feel blank.

I have to say to something to my readers and my lovable followers.

I love you all.

I love you all.

I love you all.

I love you all.

I love you all.

Ladies and gentlemen. Honestly speaking, a day before yesterday I received 500 likes, technically 501.

Even more, I should post it on yesterday, but I was sharing the Essential Manager’s Manual. I should not interrupt the flow. Might be, the readers who are reading my blog every day. There is a possibility, readers might expect the manual every week on a particular day, I’m posting. I mean, here, IST (Indian Standard Time). every Saturday I’ll post.

I’m not a professional writer. But, I would love to become a professional writer. Actually, by writing every day, I’m becoming. I would love to write, until my last breath. Even I correct myself every day, that the mistakes I had made in the past post.

But, I never gonna consider it’s my award. The path of my blog, as a blogger is to write every day. Moreover, at least meaningful. I just reached 500 likes. That’s it. I felt quite happy. And I love you all again. I hope this blog is a little bit valuable.

Any remarks, please comment below.

VALUABLE MANUAL: ESSENTIAL MANAGER’S MANUAL BY ROBERT HELLER AND TIM HINDLE.

essential_managers_manual_1489540962_4ec11b6f

This week, the topic is,

TAKING NOTES:

There is no need to rely on memory if you have mastered efficient methods of recording speech or condensing written communication. There are several different ways to make written records: experiment, and use whichever method suits you.

POWER TIPS:

  1. Read your notes while what you have recorded is fresh in your mind.
  2. Mark passages in books, and make notes afterwards.
  3. Use colour and illustrations to make your Mind Maps works of art.
  4. Emphasize keynotes with highlighter pens.

TAKING LINEAR NOTES:

Listen to what is being said and note down the key points in your own words. Try writing a succinct explanation of each point, and use headings and number to structure your notes.

USING SPEEDWRITING:

Use standard abbreviations such as ampersand (&) for “and”. Use special abbreviations for common words or word parts, such as tt (that), th (the), t (to and it), r (are), s (is), v (very), f (of), g (-ing), and d (-ed).

TAKING NOTES USING SPEEDWRITING:

Space your notes in short paragraphs. Afterwards, read through quickly to check that everything makes sense to you.

USING MIND MAPS:

MIND MAPS, which were devised by Tony Buzan, are a way of making visual notes. To make a Mind Map, write down a keyword or phrase, or draw an image in the middle of a page. This is the subject of the Mind Map.

CREATING A MIND MAP:

Put the theme in the centre of the page. As ideas come into your mind, print words on “branches” or lines radiating outwards. Vary the size of words, and use lots of colour and images since both help memory. Link related areas with arrows.

WHY COLLABORATION ISN’T ENOUGH?

An individual cannot achieve everything. Team efforts are too important. Here, collaboration plays a predominant role.

If you wanna be a leader, you must prepare yourself to collaborate with certain kind of people.

If you wanna be a writer, you must start to collaborate with several authors and editors.

If you wanna be an entrepreneur, you must collaborate with your team and mentors.

Few months before, I had posted why collaboration is important in the entrepreneurship?

Later point of time, I feel collaboration is the most required skill for all the upcoming successful people in their carrier. Everywhere, it pays off. We should start to engage with more people. Debate, decide and then work.

I never say it’s totally missing. But, it isn’t enough. We need trust-worthy people. The key is to stay connected with those people. They should have a dream about success. It doesn’t mean they must have the same dream as you have.

Choose a set of people. Spend quality time with them. Quantity of people, not a matter. Quality of the topic matters. Productive debate matters.

My final note. It must continue in Win-Win situation. There should not be room for selfish.

VALUABLE LESSONS: I AM STILL WRITING.

I could not believe.

How my work had been done so far?

But, I’m doing with a good conscious and substantial amount of effort for all of my readers. Even though, accidentally or unknowingly my words have been written. Not deliberately. I promise.

I don’t know about the style of writing. But, before I drop a word, I deeply think, is it a valuable word/lines. Even deeper, before I write, I would try to think from a reader’s point of view.

Additionally, I think. How can I reduce the grammatical errors?

If I’m adding new vocabulary, that makes readers to search with curiosity? (I haven’t added much. Hopefully, one or two).

My deep grief was, I have to/ I would like to read with a bare minimum of 50 blog posts. I feel sheepish. Apologize to all. I read some of them. It’s not at all enough.

Thank you almighty.

Thank you, all fellow followers. It’s my art of gratitude.

I’m still writing, ladies and gentlemen.

With respect.

THE DEFINITION OF CHAOS.

Successful people say, my work was total chaos. Even more, they used to say, to me, it’s all about misunderstanding and complications.

Here the point, we need to understand is, for them, the chaos says that they are moving forward. The work seems unfinished but the unfinished (lessons/experience) leads them to extraordinary success.

If you take my writings, my post seems chaos. But, those chaotic posts making me keep writing every single day. Until I get the rhythm of good writing.

If the day or the work seems chaos or it’s too complicated to handle. You could realize there is a possibility of moving forward.

They (successful people) define chaos as the tool for the improvement to succeed.

We should not demotivate with the chaos. Chaos never leads to failure.

THE REALITY OF EVERY ENTREPRENEUR IS!

Every start-up entrepreneur has an excellent idea to reach his/her business globally.

In reality, it’s too hard to survive for a start-up in the first 5 to 7 years. Neither in the emerging market nor in the global market. Please correct me, if I’m wrong. Fortune 500 companies have been bit struggling. I think personally think, the market seems absolutely dynamic. The utility, taste and preferences of every consumer’s changes in a minute.

As a start-up entrepreneur has to push for 10 years. Things never work in an overnight. There may be drastic fall after 5 years. So, update your business plan every year.

Hire experts, if required.

Hire a trust-worthy team.

Accountability must.

The matter is, you should learn,

How the market works?

And

How the economy works?

Again, my word comes here, “Impact” for the final consumers.

Be fearless and stay ahead.

“ONLY STRONG WILL SURVIVE”

STAY STRONG.

Don’t forget to play a fair game.
