THE PROBLEMS IN WRITING.

You never know what you are gonna write today. If you are planned well advance. That sounds awesome.

But at last, thank you almighty. I did something good. It wasn’t much crappy. I think every writer says, like me. I’m the first one.

The unusual problem, I feel at least it should make sense to the readers. Whether fiction/non-fiction. No matter what. Every word should have an impact and making them think a lot from different perspectives.

When it comes to my part as an everyday writer, the problem is I have to give my creative content, something meaningful, a strong opinion, little ideas, grammatical sentences, and few new vocabularies.

The huge problem I’m facing, I have to say quite frankly/honestly, the sentence fragmentation is breaking. I should learn to rectify it.

I started realizing, what’s going on in my sentences?

Still struggling to look forward. Anyway, let’s see. That is the most challenging part for me personally as an upcoming writer.

The solutions are:

  • Make a rough draft first. What you are gonna write?
  • Re-draft it.
  • Again, go through the content, body and conclusion.
  • Edit, edit and edit.
  • Add something, if you want.
  • Attach the relevant illustrations and sources.
  • Don’t hesitate to erase, if not required.
  • The word count target is the most optional one.
  • If you knew what do you wanna say. Word count not at all required.
  • Sometimes you have to write in an understandable manner to the reader. Or you might use some tough vocabularies/your sentences might seems hard to understand. So, be prepared for both.

DON’T BE NICE!

Why am I saying this to you?

Because you could be loyal and you can pay gratitude to the people.

Even more, you can be straight forward. That is actually too good. That’s what am doing right now. Being quite straight forward is the better way to maintain the relationship.

A gentle reminder: You should not be rude or using abusive words.

I think, being nice to the people is the threat. They might take advantage of you. There is a possibility of manipulation. If they know, you are too comfortable. They will start treating you as they want.

One more way, what I do is maintaining professionalism with all. That is wonderful. In the working arena/with higher authority/janitor.

Being professional is the finest way to make you as an excellent person.

Those above lines, what I said is not mandatory for everywhere. At somewhere and some point, learn to apply it.

I always say to myself, you should know the power of “when”.

Several attitudes you should know “when” to apply.

It’s better to apply, presence of mind in any situation. According to the situation, people will respond. There is no point of criticizing them back, It’s fair enough. If you deal with them.

At this moment, I can highly recommend a book. “How to win friends and influence people” by Dale Carnegie. This book also will teach a lot with regards to dealing with people.

Apart from my above statement, I started reading this book too.

KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON.

keep-calm-and-carry-on-facebook-coversOver the last 5 years, I had seen lots of times on my Facebook. Also, I downloaded several times. When I saw this line, something I started looking for deep meaning.

Every successful person maintains calmness. Of course, they are aggressive. They (successful people) never be unusually aggressive.

We could be rigorous, ferocious, voracious. Apart from everything, we should create/maintain inner calmness. So, by developing a calm attitude. We can easily overcome the distress and precisely the flow of our thought/work will be smooth.

Things will be chaotic. But, if you apply the calm approach, there is enough possibility of getting things done.

Why am I talking about the calmness?

Quite honestly, I had seen people in real life. Their state of mind was too calm. They approach well enough with regards to work. Their talk and personality were too superb.

I, wonder.

Why can’t I? and

How can I maintain/create the calmness?

Apart from meditation and yoga. I can say, sit with nature. Pay attention ladies and gentleman. just look at nature. “Just look”.

Or.

Notice yourself.

Or.

Listen to your breath.

Or.

Track the way of doing your work. There is a possibility that you could notice, where am I?

These are the stuff that I’m doing it right now. Because I started realizing the importance of calmness in my carrier and my entire life.

I knew that it wasn’t a task. Although, I should develop my character as a calm human.

My respectable avid readers, you can follow the art of being calm.

MY WRITING MOOD.

There are two ways my writing mood occurs. One is I will maintain a set of time every night after the dinner to post the blog. Probably, the time differs. On another side, I will start writing when the idea/content born.

Nowadays, I feel, I have to write. I don’t know, about the addiction of writing. But I still feel like, I have to keep writing. Not at the time of posting the blog. At least, I have to write more than twice or thrice.

I often too careful about the mood before writing. I should not be too upset with feelings overloaded. I should prepare to write. So far, learning from every day, I have to prepare immediately, If I have the content. Blindly, I could not keep thinking in front of a paper. Better I could jump into it. If I have the content, I should myself willing to write. Maybe, I can think the whole day. But when it comes to writing. I must write. Later I can edit.

I need a spontaneous way of thinking. So, I need to develop it. I have to make a habit.

How?

By creating a mood on writing.

Better, how I eat, sleep and day to activities occur in our life. I’m gonna add writing into it.

Writing is a part of my day-to-day activity.

We knew the mood swings, right. Let’s have writing as a mood.

Let’s create a mood, we are gonna write a maximum three times a day to develop a writing mood.

MY VIEW: ON THOUGHTS.

Often/sometimes, we have too much of thoughts that’s been flowing.

Often/sometimes, we feel like no thoughts. We don’t know what to think. Sounds awkward.

Often/sometimes, we have just a single thought that drives/dominates/upsets the day.

Or better we should not give an emotional reaction to our thoughts.

Let it be! I learned from Buddha. Because we cannot control our thoughts. Even, we cannot stop it.

Rather, let’s consider and reconsider, Buddha point of view. Let it be, alright.

Stay quiet when the thought flows.

Better observe the thoughts.

One more step, let’s create the habit of prioritizing the thoughts.

This is what I’m doing right now.

What I observed so far?

What I usually do is prioritizing my thoughts. I cannot judge the thought or I cannot plan the thought. But, if the thoughts are flowing/running. Better, I feel let’s leave this particular thought. If certain thoughts are unusual/awkward/notorious. Let’s leave it. Let’s create a habit.

I have a bad habit of overthinking. (Actually, I posted about overthinking)

Sometimes things go beyond my control. But, sometimes I consciously take care of my thoughts.

If we cannot learn to handle our thoughts, it’s very hard to focus on our work.

I often say, our thoughts decide the day. Especially in the morning. We should be too careful about the thought.

Every morning, we should create a habit of positive/optimistic thought. If negative thoughts arise, let it be. Or prioritize it. Or replace it.

Take care of your thoughts.

WHY THINGS AREN’T WORKING OUT?

I still don’t know. Why am I writing this content again and again? I think this is a 3rd time.

What I would like to say to myself. Also, to everyone. I think we need to be strong mentally.

Why mentally?

The decision and determination start with a mental viewpoint. I mean, how you think on certain stuff and how you approach the things matters most.

If you think, you had decided to go to the gym every day without fail/procrastinate.

Of course, you are gonna get a good shape. So, where the point starts, It starts with your decision and determination. Your mind and heart say to do it. No matter what. Your mind stretches you to go to a gym.

From my first blog, I knew that my words and sentences are sounds like an amateur. I knew that I’m not a professional writer. I knew that I don’t have writing skills. Although, I know that, things won’t work as I expect or dream as a writer. Before writing my first post (blog), I dreamt a lot. I’m gonna write such great posts. The reality of writing is, I’m not gonna say it’s too hard. But I would like to say, it takes time to be a professional writer. So, I will wait, I’m still waiting to get a good rhythm. Even some days, things never work. Let’s work and let’s see.

Just, we need to learn if the things aren’t working out and we must bounce back. If we cannot learn from setbacks. There is no possibility to get the chance of success.

Finally, we should not sit or fall. Rather we can prove that we can do it.

VALUABLE MANUAL: ESSENTIAL MANAGER’S MANUAL. BY ROBERT HELLER AND TIM HINDLE.

essential_managers_manual_1489540962_4ec11b6fEXCHANGING INFORMATION:

WRITING LETTERS.

Documents that are written well, easy to understand, and keep to the point are composed by people who have clarified their thoughts before writing. Make your letters effective by thinking before you write, and always writing what you think.

POWER TIPS:

  • Visualize the reader when you are writing a letter or report.
  • Delegate writing routine replies to an assistant.
  • Avoid using complicated, unusual words or abstract terms – they may obscure your meaning.
  • Order your thoughts – even making notes – before you start writing a letter.

PRODUCING A PERFECT LETTER:

Plan what you want to say in your letter.

Write a whole letter without pause.

Reread the letter when you have finished.

Edit the letter by cutting ruthlessly.

Check spelling and punctuation, then send.

STRUCTURING THE LETTERS:

  • Attract the attention of the reader by stating why you are writing. Use humour if appropriate;
  • Engage the reader’s interest by arousing his or her curiosity about what you are saying.
  • Provoke desire in the reader by making your proposal or product sound attractive;
  • Convince the reader that your letter rings true by supplying references or guarantees;
  • Stimulate action on the part of the reader by explaining what you expect him or her to do.
