WHAT IS “RIGHT” MOTIVATION?

Motivation is not a myth.

The motivation could be through audible or words, but it must convey a certain purpose/value. It is not simply brainwashing people or making people to listen to your words.

When you are realized by several motivational speeches. Some kind of deep thoughts will arise, that’s the right motivation. Search for the right motivation. Even one or more, numbers doesn’t matter, but the motivation has to play a prominent role in your entire life. The motivation should not simply for a day/month. The right motivation will travel with you. You can watch every day or write in your everyday journal. Well, some people hold their motivation every day. Some not. If you are holding the right motivation, that would be great.

You knew yourself, certain motivation will make you great. Precisely, your attitudes and IQ will go extreme point. Philosophically, you feel a sense of understanding within yourself/you started knowing yourself what is going on.

Search the right motivation. keep on searching it. You might get today or tomorrow or you will get definitely in your lifetime. But you should not fall in the wrong motivation.

I personally, not deliberately to be a motivation speaker/writer. I’m not decided to be a motivational writer/speaker at all.  I just keep on thinking, about the motivations. I see I hear. Along with my curiosity, motivations made me more enthusiastic. I’m not myself sure, how am I gonna convey to people, but the moment I was thinking. The next moment, I started doing it. I said to myself, just give the right motivation to people. Be careful, when you are using certain illustrations. Just give an open speech. Be real and practical.

Better to keep quiet and accept, “I don’t know, what to convey today.” Rather than giving a fake motivation.

VALUABLE MANUAL: ESSENTIAL MANAGER’S MANUAL. BY ROBERT HELLER AND TIME HINDLE.

essential_managers_manual_1489540962_4ec11b6f

COMMUNICATING CLEARLY:

Reaching an audience:

It pays to take care over preparing and delivering speeches, whether for presentations, seminars, conferences, or training. Audiences find it easier to absorb information by eye than by ear, so use audio-visual (AV) techniques when possible.

POWER TIPS:

  • Finish your speech before than allotted time rather than long after it.
  • Keep physical (or at least mental) back-ups in case your AV aids fail.
  • Ask questions of the audience if it is slow to ask questions of you.
  • Speak for 20-45 minutes maximum – this is the length of the average person’s attention span.

GETTING THROUGH:

The three crucial steps in getting your messages across are to tell the audience what you are going to say, say it, and then repeat what you said.

  1. Introduce a message.
  2. Convey the message.
  3. Repeat the message.

PRESENTING SUCCESSFULLY:

Make your body language positive. Use gestures to reinforce your points – but sparingly. If you are fluent and confident without notes, do not use them.

TIME MANAGEMENT.

Time management is life management. You, me, we and they (successful peoples) all have 24 hours.

Why their time was too productive?

I think they have their purpose and the vision to do the things in a given 24 hours. They value time. They thought the time is more valuable than money.

Legendary Investor, Warren Buffett says, I can buy anything, but I cannot buy time.

How they are using their time?

Sorry, I don’t know exactly. What I realized is, they plan well advance. They knew what to do. It is not doing something, but you have to calculative. Particularly regards to the time.

Maintain a standard time to do your work. Please do not plan for an entire 24 hours. It would be hard at the initial point of time. Fix your time and do the best work. After a month, the entire 24 hours will be in your hand. You will take control of the time.

What I usually do is, I have a set of time to read and write. I set strong time to do my works because I knew that things never gonna work as much as easy for me. I have to be strict with myself. My passion drives me. It doesn’t mean that you should not waste a single minute. You can spend your time with loved ones. Fine, but you should learn to evaluate the time. You should know, what’s happening in the 24 hours.

How much productive am I?

Do I balance the time and work?

Or am I irregular?

The final question is,

How much time can I set to work in 24 hours?

I WRITE, THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO WRITE.

Actually, there is a lot to write about.

I’m not saying psychology or based on the research if you would like to write every day. You can. Absolutely you can. Because you are stretching your mind to write. Contents will be always available in your mind. Unless you push/you would love to do.

Me, personally, no way, I will write, I knew that I could create content. I will keep my pace that, my content or body paragraph must not be ambiguity.

So far, 250 posts. The numbers don’t sound good at all. Although, I done it. Sorry, I’m doing it anyway. I say to myself, writing is my path, writing is my journey. I could not say, writing is gonna be my destination.

Every writer determined to write every day. Whether his/her writings sound like either professional or amateur. It is not about succeeding as a writer. A writer writes until he/she gets succeed. A writer writes for his/her own personal satisfaction. A writer writes to prove as a writer to the globe.

I read on Twitter moreover a month ago. It was actually a pic, but sorry I could not search right now, there are more. I could say bylines, “every beginner (as a writer) thinks himself/herself to write. The one took their pen and paper and start writing succeeds”. Paraphrased. Rather than thinking as a writer. Better you can scribble in the paper. You will know your way of writing. That’s is required. By writing every day, you will get to know.

Let’s write, there is always something to write.

AN ART OF BALANCED MODE.

Why I had chosen/decided to start balancing myself?

I should accept myself with reality. Please don’t mistake me, what I’m gonna say. Stay with me!

Two years before, the strength I have started shattering because my mind and body started consuming a lot. Here two things matter most.

  1. Priority.
  2. Balance.

I must know. What I need to do? That’s it.

Better to carry proper time management and balance it. Few days, I might have to work whole night. Or sometimes rough plans crash me. That’s okay. Every day is a dynamic day.

My work has to be done. No compromise, because I have to come up with the result every day. No matter succeeds or fails.

Being balanced will gives you a set of confidence and strength. If you know yourself, what I’m gonna do?

Things are gonna be pretty productive. Precisely, we could able to avoid burnouts. Attitude will not be sucked. The flow of your work will be consistent and much stronger. I hope that’s what we need.

Few people are there doing their unbalanced way. I don’t know much about them. So far, right now, I feel the balance is almost required.

Time runs us.

Start allocating a specific time for the kinds of stuff. Whether social media/ reading/meditating/exercising/sleeping.

That would be better if we have a set of time and doing things in the most productive way.

It’s is impossible in this busy/grinding world. People are started balancing their life. We should not leave every day as it as. We must stick to our schedule and we have to work smart/hard.

THE EARLY RISERS.

I wrote several times in my early blogs. But, today I had chosen the topic as rising up early.

I never say successful people are early risers. Still, several successful people are night owls. Finally, it’s all begins with our own choice. Please don’t mistake me. And please correct me, if I’m wrong.

In the early morning, you will feel a sense of quietness. What I felt and realized is compared to night mode. Mornings are usually too good. Your thoughts will flow well. If you had done exercises, meditating and reading. The feelings you could able to feel throughout the day.

In the early morning, you will enough time to do the stuff. If you wake up, you will feel that I have more time. Certain successful peoples prepare their plans before jumping onto the bed. That’s actually, excellent habit. Because when you wake up in the morning. You have the priorities.

You knew what you want?

There is no hurry-burry at all. You will do your work gradually. Your state of mind will be productive. If you wanna create it as a habit. First, you have to prepare yourself mentally. Might be you need to go to bed an hour in the night. It’s very hard for the human body to work late at night and waking up in the morning. So, you need some kind of adjustments with your mind and body. I think, apologizing for giving too much of my personal views. Mornings are too flexible and calm.

Quite frankly, I was a night owl. Also, I was an early riser. Which is good?

Morning are fine.

My dear readers. Which one would you prefer?

VALUABLE LESSONS, LEARNED FROM MY LITERATURE FESTIVAL:

BLF-1552548601  I attended a literature festival in Bangalore yesterday and today. This is my second literature in Bangalore. Totally three literature festival, another one from Chennai. It was such a pleasant moment. Looking at the authors the way they had spoken about their books. I had seen the reality of being an author and their pain and pleasure.

I won’t say, I’m lucky, but I deserved to be there. Because I love literature. I would love to become an author. I would love to become a speaker. Simultaneously, I’m practising both. Actually, I’m writing terribly, but I still have more possibilities to do more stuff. I have a bright hope. Even though, I’m struggling too badly.

I must to you all my avid readers. Last year, I attended my first literature festival. I accidentally went inside the hall. I said thank you to almighty the moment I sat in the hall.

“OHHH MY GOD”.

Set of people wrote their first book and presenting orally to the juries. I could not believe, what’s going on?

It was very hard. Every juror in the juries asking several questions and identifying mistakes from the authors. I loved the way the questions asked by the juries. Those authors corrected their mistakes then and there. I moment, I see. I could not accept the pain and pleasure of being a writer and his/her book. Again, thank you almighty.

Readers, please comments below your valuable lessons. If you had attended the literature festivals or did you met any start-up authors (Please correct me, if I’m wrong) or your favourite authors or do you present any books in-front of juries.

VALUABLE MANUAL: ESSENTIAL MANAGER’S MANUAL. BY ROBERT HELLER AND TIM HINDLE.

essential_managers_manual_1489540962_4ec11b6fCOMMUNICATING CLEARLY:

Chairing meetings successfully:

Most managers feel they spend too much time on the meetings. However, a well-run meeting can be a productive way to communicate. When you are chairing a meeting, stay in control of the proceedings, never let arguments get out of hand.

POWER TIPS:

  • Circulate all relevant papers before the start of a meeting.
  • If a meeting is mainly for making decisions, ensure they are made.
  • If you are acting as chairperson, do not manipulate the meeting to your own advantage.
  • Use humour when appropriate to help produce consensus.
  • Make sure you stick to the time limits for each item on an agenda.

PREPARING FOR A MEETING:

Ask yourself four key questions:

  • What is the meeting for?
  • Why is it been called?
  • How will I know if it has been successful?
  • Who should attend?

The most effective meetings are usually small with only vital people attending.

USING VIDEO CONFERENCING:

Video conferencing, where everyone involved can see each other’s body language and expressions while they talk, is a useful way of holding a meeting, and saves on travel time and cost.

YOU KNOW YOU’RE A WRITER WHEN……

Last week, I got this from Twitter. I am happy to share with you all.

  1. Your mood depends on what’s going on in your story.
  2. Deleting whole paragraph from your manuscript is the emotional equivalent of stabbing yourself in the chest repeatedly.
  3. You talk about your characters as if they are real people, because to you they are.
  4. You have a moment of silence whenever you sentence a character to death.
  5. You have your best writing ideas 10 seconds before you fall asleep.
  6. You fall in love with your own characters.
  7. Your bed sheets are all stained with ink because you keep making notes in bed.
  8. You forget that not everyone spends their free time writing.
  9. You do more critiquing than your creative writer teacher does during class.
  10. You don’t sing in the shower you make dialogue between your character and act it out.

Ladies and gentleman. Sounds realistic right! Out of 10. 1, 2, 5, 7, 8,  matches with my way of writing. How much yours?
