GIVE YOURSELF TIME:

Enough time! Don’t rush.

Success cannot be attained in a hurry. To grow you must give yourself a well enough time.

Two days before, I got a pic from LinkedIn.

92a462d5-54ef-4408-879d-ac7085d4278e-large

A born caterpillar has grown as a butterfly. There is a caption written down below. Give yourself time.

Don’t beat yourself too much. That’s not good, because you cannot put your effort on a single day.

Better have inspirations that drive you every single day. Just watch a Ted Talk every morning. Read successful quotes. Decide what needs to be done.

What is my plan?

What I have to work every single day in-order to get succeed?

Just do it! Your heart knew very well.

Success matters with stability.

I can deliberately suggest,

Apply consistency.

Or

Apply the power of compounding.

Whatever the choice is yours.

It’s time to decide on a path. Let the results arise. Rather than bothering about the final results. Keep giving your inputs. Don’t hesitate to something wrong.

Pay attention please, what I mean?

We are completely scared about doing the wrong things. We decide to do or waiting to do the correct things. The growth will lack.

If you take my writings, I just jumped, In-order to learn. I cannot be clever or strategically to wait for the best content or rich literature. Better, I can write horribly, to get to know where are the mistakes happening. This is what I’m doing right now.

To give a better illustration, if you started pouring water into a tree, you can pour over a set of years. Pour water in the same quantity or bit extra every day. After 5 years, the growth of the tree seems massive. If not, the growth wasn’t well.

Here, the input matters. Nothing more, nothing less.

Keep the flow. No more predictions or frustrations.

O never say that I was false of heart- By Sonnet 109.

Feeling interested and valuable to post it today. It was such a long gap to post poetry. I posted “IF” Rudyard Kipling lines long back, I still remember. William Shakespeare one of my all-time favourite. I’m crazy and passionate to learn about his words.

O, never say that I was false of heart,
Though absence seemed my flame to qualify.
As easy might I from my self depart
As from my soul which in thy breast doth lie.
That is my home of love; if I have ranged,
Like him that travels I return again,
Just to the time, not with the time exchanged,
So that myself bring water for my stain.
Never believe though in my nature reigned
All frailties that besiege all kinds of blood,
That it could so preposterously be stained
To leave for nothing all thy sum of good;
For nothing this wide universe I call
Save thou, my rose, in it thou art my all

by William Shakespeare

WILL (ingness).

“Where there is a will there is a way”.

Life will get start changing if you are willing to do the things. You cannot simply expect things or just a dream.

It’s all about, how willing you are ready to move forward every day?

When I talk about every day, what I would say is you must have a certain belief.

Here is my question I would ask myself,

Are you willing to learn in order to succeed?

When I started talking and taking initiatives about the leadership in my college days. Till now, I still remember Robin Sharma has impacted on me with regards to leadership.

“To lead without a title”.

What I understood at that moment about leadership?

Being a volunteer.

In fact, the word volunteer applies here too.

I usually say to myself, whether in the morning jumping out of the bed. Or in the night before gonna bed. Take a moment, and believe you have the will and willingness. Have strong faith in your core mission.

What should I have to do/ done today?

Should I have to fight/fought?

Should I quit/quitted?

Am I feeling weak on my will?

What’s wrong with me?

When I passed out of high school, I’m feeling terrible and lacking in my purpose and skills. I seriously don’t know what to do?

I was blank and empty.

Fortunately, or unfortunately, I had chosen to read books that were the initial moment in my life as a reader. The sad part was, I started buying more and reading less. Anyway, right now, I’m becoming a voracious reader. Some sort of balance.

Articulately, Think and Grow Rich book played a massive role in my life. I strongly suggest, if you wanna carry or built a grit and determination. Read again and again.

LEARNING IS ALWAYS A PAINFUL PROCESS!

The fact is that you cannot feel comfortable with the process of learning. Somedays, you might have the satisfaction with the work you had done. Still, there are chaotic moments, things never work as it seems/thinks.

At the developing stage, if the process seems painful, rather than quitting, better re-think what’s going on?

What should I have to learn from it?

What is the way to go further?

What’s my mentor is saying?

What’s are my results so far?

What is the impact on me and society?

In this era, it is not possible to stay in the comfort zone.

In fact, you might hear the quote, “Comfort is the enemy of the achievement”.

We better keep learning, it will definitely impact on the long term.

Every painful process will teach something. Unless we realize. We cannot say, it’s a bad day. Rather, we can learn, prepare and have a bright hope for the future.

When I started writing in the initial days, I have no idea how am I gonna convey grammatically. I knew that grammar plays a dominant segment in the field of writing. I’m aggressively moved forward to write every day. But reality. Painful. I love that pain and that’s my pleasure too. I feel I want to write. After every post, I started realizing few pieces of stuff on my writing grammatical, sentence formation and choosing valuable, relevant and realistic contents. Finally, way of conveying to the readers. Even more finally, willing and learning to rectify it. I’m feeling painful, anyway, fine. Still, there is room for learning.

This is the right time to learn and update yourself. In-order not only to survive.

To win.

To achieve.

VALUABLE MANUAL: ESSENTIAL MANAGER’S MANUAL. BY ROBERT HELLER AND TIM HINDLE.

essential_managers_manual_1489540962_4ec11b6f

COMMUNICATING CLEARLY:

Writing proposals:

A proposal differs from a report in that it is a selling document, which should persuade readers to commit to whatever you are proposing. You could use an internal proposal, for example, to argue for extra company investment in computers or staff.

POWER TIPS:

  • Enlist allies in preparing and lobbying for your proposal.
  • Ask yourself honestly why one proposal might fall and another might succeed.
  • Use soft-sell techniques to get your proposal accepted.

DRAFTING A PROPOSAL:

It says stage by stage:

Set out the proposal.

Explain why it is needed and what it contributes.

Estimate the resources required, and show how the proposal meets financial criteria.

Specify who will be responsible and the proposal’s timescale.

Conclude with the plan of action.

CREATING PLANS:

Make sure your business plan looks professional. Include title and content pages, and bind the plan securely between the covers.

C.S LEWIS’S 5 RULES FOR WRITERS:

https://www.google.com/search?q=cs+lewis+5+rules+for+writers&safe=active&sxsrf=ACYBGNQE3l2-m79rkbnMXzjIbVV9rM4tRQ:1576262808512&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwj1ppjGpLPmAhUZ4jgGHbLeAUEQ_AUoAnoECA4QBA&biw=1536&bih=674#imgrc=1vvqshqlbc9KIM:

Few weeks before, I got it in LinkedIn. It’s writers write.co. I’m more hunger to get some advice from the authors. I would love to read and share it too.

I strongly recommend the readers to go further with the link.

C. S. LEWIS was a British novelist, poet, academic, literary critic, and essayist.

His works have been translated into more than 30 languages and have sold millions of copies. The books that make up The Chronicles of Narnia have been popularised on stage, TV, radio, and cinema.

C. S. Lewis was born 29 November 1898 and died 22  November 1963.

C.S LEWIS’S 5 RULES FOR WRITERS:

  1. Always try to use the language so as to make quite clear what you mean and make sure your sentence couldn’t mean anything else.
  2. Always prefer the plain direct word to the long, vague one. Don’t implement promises, but keep them.
  3. Never use abstract nouns when concrete ones will do. If you mean “More people died” don’t say “Mortality rose”.
  4. In writing. Don’t use adjectives which merely tell us how you want us to feel about the thing you are describing. I mean, instead of telling us a thing was “terrible”, describe it so that we’ll be terrified. Don’t say it was “delightful”; make us say “delightful” when we’ve read the description. You see, all those words (horrifying, wonderful, hideous, exquisite) are only like saying to your readers, “Please will you do my job for me.”
  5. Don’t use words too big for the subject. Don’t say “infinitely” when you mean “very”; otherwise you’ll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite.

ADVICE FOR STUDENTS: 10 STEPS TOWARD BETTER RESEARCH:

From Lifehack.org

Lifehack is one of my online learning paths. More than 2 years, I keep on searching. In the initial point, I just keep on searching and reading only about success and motivation. Over the last 6 months, I was ferociously searching about how to do research?

Of course, reading books. Apart, I would love to refer to articles. Some kind of research methodology I’m looking for. I would strongly suggest; the readers can visit this lifehack. I will mention the link down below. I’m gonna write the highlighted points in every step.

  1. SCHEDULE– Write up a schedule with a series of milestones to accomplish by a specific date.
  2. START, DON’T END, WITH WIKIPEDIA – Get a good overview of the subject you’re writing about.
  3. MINE BIBLIOGRAPHIES– Skim through the bibliography and note down anything whose title is relevant.
  4. HAVE A RESEARCH QUESTION IN MIND – Keep focused by working towards an answer to your research question.
  5. DEAL WITH ONE PIECE AT A TIME– Don’t try to tackle your subject all at once.
  6. USE A SYSTEM– Make sure that every quote, fact, and thought is tied in some way to its source.
  7. KNOW YOUR RESOURCES– Get to know the research material you can access from home.
  8. ASK FOR HELP– Most librarians will be happy to help you find relevant material.
  9. CARRY AN IDEA BOOK– Keep a small notebook and a pen with you everywhere.
  10. BRING IT UP TO DATE– Google the major researchers whose work you’ve found and see if you can find their homepages.

Finally, I would like to paste a passage, Please read.

These tips will help put a decent bibliography and a body of notes and data at your fingertips when you sit down to write up your paper. Although evaluating sources is also a necessary part of doing good research, it will have to wait for its own post, as it’s too big a topic to reduce to a bullet point here. A librarian or your professor can help, especially if you restrict yourself to books and journals available in your university library. Internet sources are trickier, as it takes no effort at all these days to put up a professional-looking website saying whatever you want; until you’re comfortable with the material in your chosen field, it’s best to stick to known sources like Wikipedia and sites endorsed by your library or department, if you use the Internet at all. Remember, though, that until a few years ago, most of us managed to do research with no Internet at all! With typewriters! Walking uphill! In the snow! Barefoot!
