CREATIVITY!

How to be creative?

What kind of mentality should creators have?

Where can I learn and from whom?

I still now couldn’t find it out but, I have a self-confident. I’m gonna make a creative one.

I have a mantra for creativity. I will think and built.

It is something you have to believe that you are gonna make it. I had personally realized the universal attraction.

My last statement above creativity, If you believe you could able to do something, the reflection comes to your soul and spirit.

MY 12th MARATHON:

Foremost wish is HAPPY FATHER’S DAY TO ALL. Whatever my dad scolds me, I still love my dad.

81675bed12e547eff76cd2b98a662d1f

On this day, I ran my 12th Marathon 21 kilometres. This is the third time, I was running 21 kilometres. I got a finisher medal. I felt excited, but not much nervous. Because I knew very well, what it takes to be the best finisher? I was hungry to run. Whatever it takes. Apart from my Tennis, I often say Marathon is my profession. Total timing was 2Hours:20Minutes as per my calculation. Even though, it was my 12th Marathon I was still aiming to attain the place. I’m still practising a lot. I never lose my enthusiasm and passion for winning. Next month, I’m gonna run. There is still hope and the possibility of winning. I never ever give up. I’ll bounce back harder.

With respect.

HOW TO BE AN ENTREPRENEUR?

IMG_20170124_071301It’s very easy to ask someone, exactly 2 questions:

How to become an entrepreneur?

How you became an entrepreneur?

But,

Where is the step to start?

There is no step.

JUST START!

Take a page and draw the plan. A one-page business plan. You have to do it personally or with your team. Show it to your mentor.

Correct it.

Make a Plan-B.

Jump into it. Meet new customers, promote it, have a marketing strategy, don’t blindly fall on the profit. Honestly speaking, don’t take your 1st-year profit to your home. Re-invest it. It works. You have to create a habit of diversifying. I more often talk about diversification.

You must take calculative risks. The calculations won’t appear in the initial period. Look the calculations. What works out? What not? Why not? It works in the long run. Analyse the market. Look at the customers.

Entrepreneurs leave a legacy to the world.

Are you?

BE WILLING AND READY TO LEARN ANYTHING:

I’m not gonna make chaos here. You should ready to learn something outside of your box. It seems totally new, but industry demands you to learn. This is the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning generation. So, we need to equip yourself.

Few courses, I would love to say, that Data Scientist plays a predominant role in the industry right now. There is a lot playing a major role, I said one of them.

Few analysts predict certain jobs that gonna disappear in the next 10 years. We need to analyse.

  1. What is required for the market?
  2. What does customer need?

Everything becoming automation.

Get ready.

With respect.

DEALING WITH BURNOUTS:

I personally, dealt burnouts with both physically and mentally.

why am I so active in a few days?
why I cannot be at every day?
How am I gonna deal?
Where is the recipe?

Categorically, attitude matters!
Or the environment decides!
The collaboration was missing!

I read a Forbes article when I was researching about burnouts. Fortunately, I was lucky and deserved to get it.
The American Psychological Association’s Dr David Ballard says,
10 signs you are burning out—and what to do about it.
1. Exhaustion.
2. Lack of motivation.
3. Frustration, cynicism and other negative emotions.
4. Cognitive problems.
5. Slipping Job performance.
6. Interpersonal problems at home and at work.
7. Not taking care of yourself.
8. Being preoccupied with work…when you are not at work.
9. Generally decreased satisfaction.
10.Health problems.

What to do if you are in?
1. Take relaxation seriously.
2. Cultivate the rich Non-Work life.
3. Unplug.
4. Get Enough sleep.
5. Get Organised.
6. Stay Attuned.
7. Know when it’s you, and when it’s them.
8. Figure out when enough is enough.

My final key Note is, please don’t take yourself too seriously. If you had given your best effort. Fine, say thank you to almighty and sleep well.
There is still tomorrow.
You must prepare to perform.
You should take care of your spirit.
You should not lose yourself.
We all supposed to deal burnouts, but we must step back and bounce back much stronger.
Needed, if you wanna achieve!

With respect.

HABIT OF MAINTAINING DIARY:

I’m not gonna talk about maintaining Journal, but there is bit differs. Research says the habit of maintaining a diary leads to stress-free.

The feelings, if you pour it at the end of the day before gonna bed, you felt like you had said to someone about the pain and pleasure.

Life is a mixture of pain and pleasure.

Most notably, you could able to learn a lot about yourself, your mistakes and everything. Every day maintains a physical copy of the diary. Sorry, I personally prefer. I would love to talk about handwriting. It develops your handwriting quality.

I still don’t know, successful people maintain a diary or not, but it’s better if we maintain it, we could able to diagnose our self.

Even, I started writing a diary past 12 years with bad consistency. Anyway, I’m still writing, in fact, I might miss one or two days. But again, I’ll hang on to it. I had created a habit. If we went to tours, I’ll pick a diary, book and small notebook with pen. I’m quite happy. Creating certain habits must.

AN ART OF TAKING NOTES:

I must start with apologizing for the book. Sin, Sex and Self-Control by Norman Vincent Peale. I’m Working on it. Tomorrow pretty sure, no doubt at all.

Notes are considered as ART. Because a line you had written. It will make you perform not only in exams also in the meeting you need to take notes known as MINUTES. A very short note about the meeting. It will help you there. Even you can carry for life long. You’ll feel quite glad about it.

Notes talk about, how far you had taken the notes from your professors. And how far gonna understand from it.

If someone is teaching you. it’s far better if you note it down. You have to take the notes very faster, most probably it’s difficult to use different stick pens. So in the same pen, you can draw a line on the right side of your page, it’s for your new vocabulary also certain ‘terms’ you might don’t know. So, if you note that certain terms. It will help you whenever you have seen the notes and you can google it.

By the left side. I have to say that. You have to write as much as faster. Because you should not miss any points. At least sometimes the relevant headings you must note it down. If you felt that, you are writing very badly. I’ll handle it either one of the ways. Sometimes both.

1. Start writing CAPS (CAPITAL LETTERS), not sounds silly, but if you start writing in CAPS in an urgent situation. You can write a little better. It will help you to cover mostly 100%. Also, you can understand what you had written. Most people had taken notes. It’s impossible to understand what they had written? I’m saying about the words, it’s impossible to understand.

2. But I really wonder few people are writing very fast and legible. That seems awesome, even I too notice in my schools and college. I asked them, how it’s possible? It’s PRACTICE. They replied.

Just what we need to do is, every day we have to write 30 minutes fast and legible.

The Mantra is: Keep on writing, until you get good progress. Even it takes a year, please don’t worry. Work on it.

It will pay back the best results.

I hope these lines will impact in your notes.
With respect.

INVEST IN YOURSELF, IT WILL PAY YOU RICH DIVIDEND:

Self-Knowledge is the most priority.

People often consult experts, I have a lot of money. Where to invest?

That’s really the awesome question?

But, we won’t be paying enough attention to ourselves. We aren’t learning at all. we are blindly being driven by the magic ads and some mesmerizing talk.

We should get rid off toxic peoples.

Self-knowledge is most mandatorily one. It will save you if you fall in the dip. Learn, gather day-to-day news. Pay enough attention to newspapers and magazines. Analyse the stuff.

The person you will be in five years will depend on the knowledge you feed today.

Learn and then Earn.
