You should not say; my turning point will be there on one day. You must say, I’m gonna do this, this is my turning point. Here my life changes. Here my lifestyle changes. Everything gonna change. My decisions and actions will lead to a greater turning point in my life.

I’m not gonna wait.

Better I can create/make it.

There is a saying, I would love to deliver here with paraphrasing,

there is no perfect moment, this is the perfect moment.

Right now, is the turning point. If you are reading this statement. Whether in the morning or in the mid of the night. Nothing wrong. Just believe.

In my personal life, a few decisions, I decided it. Those are still not yet leads to success. But the failures are better. I should say that; those failures are my turning point. Hasty decisions are my learning path. One or two of my good decision are perfect. Because, right now, at this moment. I’m writing here. Feeling quite delighted. I want this, there no way of going back or looking back. If you do that.

What’s the point?

Why are you expecting life/someone has to give a turning point?

The moment you felt, I’m gonna quit. That’s it. nobody gonna save you.

Remember: why you started?

Don’t forget your mission. Don’t lose it for silly things. Also, don’t lose it for huge losses too. Those losses never gonna affect you. Just take it, those will be your turning point.

Wearing elegant clothes is not mandatory at all. But, you should be neat. Being stylish is not comes from your face or branded clothes. It just comes from,

how you present yourself?

How you express yourself? Not impress. Pay attention, please.

Make yourself comfortable.

You could be an alpha male/female. I’m not pressing this point. This is also a good point. Building a strong personality will not an easy one. Few have while they were born. That’s okay.

I would love to point out the quote: “Great people aren’t born, they made”.

If you wanna groom yourself. You should start now. You need a kind of successful personality. Try not to be like an authoritarian. Be strong and stay strong. Have a strong mind.

I’m not pointing out your skin. I’m deeply talking about your professional outlook. I personally, started realizing, how important it is. I often would like to look like a stylish guy. But, that’s not the right one. But, I should learn the right grooming. I should know, how professionals and successful people behave. Every week, take an online personality test. Or start writing, in your own words about yourself. Remember: It should groom your personality. The choice is yours.

Readers might have the wrong opinion upon my words. Nowadays, I was too careful about the words that I’m writing. I’m conscious. I say to myself, enough, in the initial point, you just writing. That’s it. You must write a better post. The selection of words matters most.

Stay fit. Change your body language. Wear clean clothes. Talk well. Have a productive Debate.

In life, misunderstanding is both good and bad. I’m not giving a philosophical statement. But at some point, our misunderstanding ends in a good, vice versa.

In my case, I misunderstood a lot. But some understandings are good. Rest of a lot is bad. The precise one was with regards to my career growth.

Apart from my schooling and college. I was hanging around an average student at the edge. I struggled more to understand the stuff. In my college days, I picked up a book in my library and I started reading. I knew that I couldn’t grab the points what’s the author been saying. I just started reading blindly. Because I was ferocious to learn something. I was aggressive to win. The problem I have is, I don’t have enough patience to listen. I just carried misunderstandings and aggressive to win. That’s it. It worked out in one or two situations. Rest of all my competitions, I failed.

Finally, I just started accepting myself. I have been misunderstood. I felt I’m dumb. I felt, my talent and efforts go to minus zero (-0). I said to myself. That’s okay. Go for the right one. Use your misunderstanding, make it more crystal clear.

Those misunderstandings are the learning curve for me. That’s my motivation. There I started arising questions, few of those are critical. I wonder myself. How it’s been raised?

The deep answer was a misunderstanding.

There is nothing wrong with misunderstanding. Accept it politely. Go-ahead.

Whatever it is, I’m quite happy, with my work-in-progress. I should be happy because I had found my learning curve through my misunderstanding.

COMMUNICATING ONE TO ONE.

Assessing with a staff member can be formal (part of the way the unit is run) or informal (arranged to deal with a particular issue raised by either side). Use one-to-ones to check performance and find out if coaching or counselling is needed.

POWER TIPS:

• Ask all those invited to a meeting to come well prepared.
• Remember that a “good meeting” is one that has produced results.
• Listen to your staff. Coaching or counselling may provide solutions to discontent.
• Be aware of your staff’s problems, because they affect performances.

THINGS TO DO:

1. Try to meet staff for formal one-to-one meetings at least monthly.
2. Stick to an agenda, and make you agree on any decisions.
3. Remember to listen to what is being said, and do not dominate the meeting.

EXPLORING SOLUTIONS:

Before you suggest professional counselling to a member of staff, check that they agree they have a problem that needs help. Meet on neutral territory, where you will not be interrupted by people or phone calls.

Writing is not for occasional activity.

If you wrote a book, it doesn’t mean that your job is completed or you succeed or your writing will not come to an end.

Every writer has to write. If his/her book succeeds or fails. You must every day. You should write something good every day. You, yourself knows what is important to write. Whenever you feel, you can write. just start writing. There is nothing called good or bad writings.

I often say to myself. There is nothing called good or bad results unless you try. You have to believe yourself and start it. I personally do not know about entertainment writers. If you are decided, writing is my profession. You must start today. You must keep on writing, till your last breath.

People can say to you about the topics to write. But at some point, of time you have to realize,

what am I writing?

There is no prescribed time or word count to start writing. If you wanna be a writer, you have to set aside time for every day. The one more way is, set a target. Every day my target is 300-word count. Or you can have a special target.

If you know yourself, you are growing good enough. The next moment, you should learn to lift the people.

Nobody was fully grown. Whether, physically, mentally, intellectually, spiritually, financially. Every human would like to grow. The nature of every human would like to go further. They have hungry and passion.

What we must learn is, you should learn to grow and then help others to grow.

Every successful people knew that there is no ending point for learning. They are ready to mentor. They knew that it’s all about sharing for the upcoming generation.

Here, the monetary factor is nothing. When you start helping people. Please don’t do publicity. Accidentally, that fine. But, avoid doing in a deliberate manner.

Luckily, a few weeks before I got a picture from Twitter. I gave like and retweeted. Again, I posted in both Instagram and Facebook. It was such a thought-provoking picture.

If would you like to teach or help someone. You don’t need any degree or an influential person. Just you need a good heart. An open heart. If you love, start doing it. You are leaving a legacy to the upcoming generation.

Create a habit of doing it. Of course, you need to create a habit. If you wanna be an entrepreneur/leader/writer/whatever. You should come up. Not for your generation. For the entire universe.

The actual and in-depth problem what I see is R and D. Most of the start-up entrepreneurs must have the caution about research.

I started reading several entrepreneurial books. They mentioned how important research is. It is not simply a one-time action. It has to deal with several perspectives. Every entrepreneur has to deal with the research part over a decade.

When it comes to the quality of the goods to the consumers. Or,  best services to the consumers is the number one priority for every entrepreneur.

The defective goods. Or bad service will cripple. It not much easy to get it back the existing or new consumers.

So, whether the goods/services, entrepreneurs have to be careful.

What is my mantra? Personally.

Start doing R and D for a decade. A decade is a target for every entrepreneur. We must see the results.

Branding and capturing the market is ultimately secondary for every entrepreneur.

When it comes to the learning part. What I feel, the better idea is, an entrepreneur can take the internship course if anywhere else.

Or he/she can start working in the same industry to gain knowledge.

Moreover, we can read a lot. The sources and materials are enormous.

My personal favourite:

You should not enter entrepreneurship to get rich quick. That’s gonna be the terrible/drastic end. It’s all about leaving a rich legacy. Not becoming rich.

Failure is not an issue in entrepreneurship. As an entrepreneur, you should learn to bounce back. You should learn to succeed. Matters most.

You never know what you are gonna write today. If you are planned well advance. That sounds awesome.

But at last, thank you almighty. I did something good. It wasn’t much crappy. I think every writer says, like me. I’m the first one.

The unusual problem, I feel at least it should make sense to the readers. Whether fiction/non-fiction. No matter what. Every word should have an impact and making them think a lot from different perspectives.

When it comes to my part as an everyday writer, the problem is I have to give my creative content, something meaningful, a strong opinion, little ideas, grammatical sentences, and few new vocabularies.

The huge problem I’m facing, I have to say quite frankly/honestly, the sentence fragmentation is breaking. I should learn to rectify it.

I started realizing, what’s going on in my sentences?

Still struggling to look forward. Anyway, let’s see. That is the most challenging part for me personally as an upcoming writer.

The solutions are:

• Make a rough draft first. What you are gonna write?
• Re-draft it.
• Again, go through the content, body and conclusion.
• Edit, edit and edit.
• Add something, if you want.
• Attach the relevant illustrations and sources.
• Don’t hesitate to erase, if not required.
• The word count target is the most optional one.
• If you knew what do you wanna say. Word count not at all required.
• Sometimes you have to write in an understandable manner to the reader. Or you might use some tough vocabularies/your sentences might seems hard to understand. So, be prepared for both.
