DON’T DO IT!

For money,

For fame,

For others.

Do it, only if your heart rings. Because your heart knew very well about you. You cannot escape from it. whether profitable or non-profitable. No matter.

The moment you think you wanna be successful in life. Your heart knew very well what to do. Just follow the heart and just do it. There might be a bad habit with us. We work hard for materialistic greedy. That’s terribly wrong. Materials come and disappear. The ultimate soul purpose of doing things will save your life. Also, you could able to leave a rich legacy to the globe. Doing work without expecting any credit or publicity is extravagant.  You will able to feel some sort of self-satisfaction. No more words.

I’m the most relevant and suitable example of this content. I have a strong set of expectations in my life. Whatever I do. I need successful results. And I need a proud moment.

Life never gives the same results. Pay attention please, just don’t mistake me. I’m not writing deep-dive philosophy right now. As I often say, you must deliver your best. If you ready to start working, without any credits or momentum. I believe “KARMA” will be your boomerang. Ultimately, you are gonna decide what you wanna do in life. Even more, success will march towards you.

Finally, my final note, when I used to say, do it for yourself. The rule is, “Don’t be selfish”. Understand, you have a path right! So, you are gonna do well in your life. The next must step you must learn to help others. At that moment, you became a leader. Without title. My mentor Robin Sharma says. Lift others. Guide them.

Go-Ahead. Ladies and gentleman. Today is the fine day.

GIVE YOURSELF TIME:

Enough time! Don’t rush.

Success cannot be attained in a hurry. To grow you must give yourself a well enough time.

Two days before, I got a pic from LinkedIn.

92a462d5-54ef-4408-879d-ac7085d4278e-large

A born caterpillar has grown as a butterfly. There is a caption written down below. Give yourself time.

Don’t beat yourself too much. That’s not good, because you cannot put your effort on a single day.

Better have inspirations that drive you every single day. Just watch a Ted Talk every morning. Read successful quotes. Decide what needs to be done.

What is my plan?

What I have to work every single day in-order to get succeed?

Just do it! Your heart knew very well.

Success matters with stability.

I can deliberately suggest,

Apply consistency.

Or

Apply the power of compounding.

Whatever the choice is yours.

It’s time to decide on a path. Let the results arise. Rather than bothering about the final results. Keep giving your inputs. Don’t hesitate to something wrong.

Pay attention please, what I mean?

We are completely scared about doing the wrong things. We decide to do or waiting to do the correct things. The growth will lack.

If you take my writings, I just jumped, In-order to learn. I cannot be clever or strategically to wait for the best content or rich literature. Better, I can write horribly, to get to know where are the mistakes happening. This is what I’m doing right now.

To give a better illustration, if you started pouring water into a tree, you can pour over a set of years. Pour water in the same quantity or bit extra every day. After 5 years, the growth of the tree seems massive. If not, the growth wasn’t well.

Here, the input matters. Nothing more, nothing less.

Keep the flow. No more predictions or frustrations.

WILL (ingness).

“Where there is a will there is a way”.

Life will get start changing if you are willing to do the things. You cannot simply expect things or just a dream.

It’s all about, how willing you are ready to move forward every day?

When I talk about every day, what I would say is you must have a certain belief.

Here is my question I would ask myself,

Are you willing to learn in order to succeed?

When I started talking and taking initiatives about the leadership in my college days. Till now, I still remember Robin Sharma has impacted on me with regards to leadership.

“To lead without a title”.

What I understood at that moment about leadership?

Being a volunteer.

In fact, the word volunteer applies here too.

I usually say to myself, whether in the morning jumping out of the bed. Or in the night before gonna bed. Take a moment, and believe you have the will and willingness. Have strong faith in your core mission.

What should I have to do/ done today?

Should I have to fight/fought?

Should I quit/quitted?

Am I feeling weak on my will?

What’s wrong with me?

When I passed out of high school, I’m feeling terrible and lacking in my purpose and skills. I seriously don’t know what to do?

I was blank and empty.

Fortunately, or unfortunately, I had chosen to read books that were the initial moment in my life as a reader. The sad part was, I started buying more and reading less. Anyway, right now, I’m becoming a voracious reader. Some sort of balance.

Articulately, Think and Grow Rich book played a massive role in my life. I strongly suggest, if you wanna carry or built a grit and determination. Read again and again.

LEARNING IS ALWAYS A PAINFUL PROCESS!

The fact is that you cannot feel comfortable with the process of learning. Somedays, you might have the satisfaction with the work you had done. Still, there are chaotic moments, things never work as it seems/thinks.

At the developing stage, if the process seems painful, rather than quitting, better re-think what’s going on?

What should I have to learn from it?

What is the way to go further?

What’s my mentor is saying?

What’s are my results so far?

What is the impact on me and society?

In this era, it is not possible to stay in the comfort zone.

In fact, you might hear the quote, “Comfort is the enemy of the achievement”.

We better keep learning, it will definitely impact on the long term.

Every painful process will teach something. Unless we realize. We cannot say, it’s a bad day. Rather, we can learn, prepare and have a bright hope for the future.

When I started writing in the initial days, I have no idea how am I gonna convey grammatically. I knew that grammar plays a dominant segment in the field of writing. I’m aggressively moved forward to write every day. But reality. Painful. I love that pain and that’s my pleasure too. I feel I want to write. After every post, I started realizing few pieces of stuff on my writing grammatical, sentence formation and choosing valuable, relevant and realistic contents. Finally, way of conveying to the readers. Even more finally, willing and learning to rectify it. I’m feeling painful, anyway, fine. Still, there is room for learning.

This is the right time to learn and update yourself. In-order not only to survive.

To win.

To achieve.

7 BAD HABITS THAT DESTROY YOUR PRODUCTIVITY.

Sir Brian Tracy, I must call sir. Because I follow sir with deep respect. If the word productivity arises anywhere, I’m the first person to be there. I started knowing the power of productivity. I would love to share it. Productivity is one of the secrets of success.

  1. Not planning your day.
  2. Not having self-discipline.
  3. Sleeping in too often.
  4. Wasting time online.
  5. Not prioritizing.
  6. Complaining.
  7. Letting the fear of failure stops you from success.

WRITING FIRST DRAFTS: 7 TIPS FROM SUCCESSFUL AUTHORS.

It’s been around more than two months. I was trying to share. Fine, today is the best day to share. Got it from Pinterest.

  1. Find your most comfortable method

E.g. Italo Calvino would write and correct by hand, and then type out subsequent drafts.

  1. Try creative approaches

Gunter Grass would ask for a blank book from his printer, to write a draft including drawings.

  1. Set realistic expectations

Calculate how long it takes you to draft a full chapter, then estimate the total income.

  1. Pick a focus for your draft

For example Colleen McCullough would use her middle drafts to tweak characterization.

  1. Allow your first draft to be messy

Author Jennifer Egan says ‘blind, unconscious, messy efforts’ produce her best material.

  1. Get feedback on drafts when ready

Stephen King refers to a first draft as the ‘closed door’ draft. Share only when ready.

  1. Get it written, not right

There is plenty of time to tweak for the mot juste during revision and editing. Get it done.

I NEVER MISUSED MY MOTIVATION:

The day started writing something valuable and giving inspirational messages to my readers. I was too careful; my words should not end in persuasion. Moreover, the truth I need to convey to the readers. I need to convey the realities to the readers. That’s why I started writing such contents starts with reality.

So far, what I had understood about my motivation. Giving the right message to the readers. It has to be something valuable to them. They should not forget. My message has to make an impact. Even more, with the right illustration.

I had seen that giving motivation is not business or manipulation. It’s a service, I say with no doubt. That’s it.

I couldn’t believe, how am I doing it. But, my thought-flow was the passion to convey things. Sometimes, I should that, I write with a lot emotions. The next step, I should stop there, and I must start saying the reality.

What it takes to attain the goals?

Quite happily, I’m conveying through as words. There might be/there are illogical contents. I apologize, again I was too careful.

Along with my inspirational thoughts and messages, I would love to write something more. There are still a few more are there in my writings related to ‘academics.’ Quite frankly and honestly, I’m preparing a lot. I started doing bit more research than usual. Maybe in a month, I would like to give a pleasant surprise to my readers It not something notorious. The same word, “valuable”.
