first-img.pngMr. Robin Sharma one of my life coach. Mr. Robin words made an deep impact on my life. Precisely, on leadership.

Here are the 51 ways, I bookmarked it. I would like to read to whenever.

  1. Know what you want. Clarity is power. And vague goals promote vague results.
  2. Remember that every problem has a solution. Maybe you just can’t see it. Yet.
  3. In this Age of Dramatic Distraction, the performer who focuses the best wins the most.
  4. Before someone will help you, you need to help them.
  5. Become the most passionate person you know. It’ll be contagious.
  6. Know more about your craft/the work you do than anyone who has ever done the work you do…in the history of the world.
  7. Join The 5 am Club. Your most valuable hours are 5am-8 am. They have the least interruptions.
  8. Devote yourself to learning something new about your field of mastery every day. Success belongs to the relentless learners. Because as you know more, you can achieve more.
  9. Remember that when you transform your fitness, you’ll transform your business.
  10. Don’t check your mobile when you’re meeting with another person. It’s rude. And rude people don’t reach world-class.
  11. Every time you do what scares you, you take back the power that you gave to the thing that scared you. And so you become more powerful.
  12. A problem is only a problem if you make the choice to see it as a problem.
  13. Stop being a victim. Your business and personal life was made by you. No one else is responsible. To make it better, make better choices. And new decisions.
  14. You can lead without a title. Don’t wait to get a position to stand for excellence, peak quality and overdelivery on every expectation.
  15. Find your own style. Be an original. Every superstar differentiated themselves from The Herd. And marched to their own drumbeat.
  16. Understand that when you play small with your success, you betray your potential. And the birthright you were born under.
  17. Eat less food and you’ll get more done.
  18. As you become more successful, stay really really hungry. Nothing fails like success. Because when you’re successful, it’s easy to stop outlearning+outOverDelivering+outthinking and outexecuting everyone around you. (Success is Beautiful. And dangerous).
  19. If you’re not overprepared, you’re underprepared.
  20. The only level of great manners to play at is “Exceedingly Polite”. In our world, this alone will make you a standout. And differentiate you in your marketplace.
  21. Remember that the moment you think you’re a Master, you lose your Mastery. And the minute you think you know everything, you know nothing.
  22. To double your results, double your level of execution.
  23. Invest in your personal and professional development. All superstars do.
  24. Get this year’s best Targets of Opportunity down onto a 1 Page Plan. Then review it every morning while the rest of the world sleeps.
  25. You don’t get lucky. You create lucky.
  26. When you push through a difficult project, you don’t get to the other side. You reach The Next Level.
  27. Smile. And remember to inform your face.
  28. Spend time in solitude every day. Your best ideas live there.
  29. Debrief on how you lived out your day every night in a journal. This will not only record your personal history, it will make you uber-clear on what you’re doing right and what needs to be improved.
  30. If you’re not being criticized a lot, you’re not doing very much. Ridicule is the price of ambition.
  31. Develop a monomaniacal focus on just a few things. The secret to productivity is simplicity.
  32. To get the results very few people have, be strong enough to do what very few people are willing to do.
  33. Rest. Recover. It’ll make you stronger.
  34. Buy a smaller TV and build a larger library.
  35. Remember that the bigger the goal, the stronger a person you must become to achieve that goal. So goal-achieving is a superb practice for character-building.
  36. Food fuels your body. Learning feeds your mind.
  37. Don’t ask for respect. Earn it.
  38. Finish what you start. And always end strong.
  39. Breathe.
  40. In business, don’t play to survive. Play to win.
  41. Protect your good name. It’s your best asset.
  42. Remember that words have power. Use the language of leadership versus the vocabulary of a victim.
  43. Give more than you take. The marketplace rewards generosity.
  44. Know that if it’s not messy, you’re not making progress.
  45. Be a hero to a kid.
  46. In business, aim for iconic. Go for legendary. Make history by how awesome you are at what you do.
  47. Please don’t confuse activity with productivity. Many many people are simply busy being busy.
  48. Your doubts are liars. Your fears are traitors. Stop buying the goods they are attempting to sell you.
  49. The best anti-aging remedy in the world is working really hard.
  50. World-Class performers have no plan B. Failure just isn’t an option.
  51. You have the power to change the world–one brave act and one person at a time. Please use it.

Wishing you all success and epic performance.

KEEP CALM AND OBSERVE, WHAT’S GOING ON?

Widen your eyes and just wait, watch and realize what’s going on in and around too.

If you take a path, run relentlessly. Just take a moment and look at the things. When you measure the progress, just look at yourself and everywhere.

If you don’t know, what’s going on. Success seems empty and tasteless.

When you realize something by doing it is called success and you can attain as soon as.

When you attained success. You must have some sort of deep understanding of what you had done and what you are going to do. More precisely, why you are doing it?

Here, the “Why” factor comes,

9780241958223_0021

Here, a leadership expert and my all-time favorite Simon Sinek’s book, “Start with why” also comes too. It’s still my book list, yet to read. I highly encourage everyone to read it. Even one more time too.

Sometimes, I feel like, I was blindly obsessive. Just over the last few months, I started to think once a week. Even sometimes may not.

This is what required. Absolutely must.

Ladies and gentleman,

If you don’t know or don’t have the why factor. Just start thinking of it. Just take time and observe.

  1. Search within yourself.
  2. Submit your questions and answers to your mentors.
  3. Even, it is chaotic, nothing to worry about. That natural. It happens to successful people too.

Keep calm and observe the stuff. Success might be delayed. It should not be meaningless after you succeed.

Be more specific, even if you are ambitious like me. That’s alright.

Take a paper and write one by one. See, what’s happened so far. What needs to be done. Track every week, month, and year your progress.

LEARN PRANAYAMA:

The breathing exercises. If you wanna stay stronger, you should learn to breathe effectively. Pranayama is one of the best simple and comfortable breathing techniques.
I gave an overview of previous blog posts too. Today, I urged to say a bit deeper.
STEP 1: Sit in a comfortable position. Make sure the place should be  bit quiet.
STEP 2: I personally prefer sitting on the floor.
STEP 3: Just close your eyes for a minute. It will make you to stay concentrated.
STEP 4: Start inhale from one side of your nose, then exhale from the other side of your nose. Simultaneously.
STEP 5: Don’t stretch too much on inhaling and exhaling. Do naturally. You knew the limit of inhaling and exhaling right.
STEP 6: Set up a timer or count your turn. What I mean is, if you did both inhale and exhale. One turn ends. You can do five turns as you wish.
STEP 7: When it’s over, again, just sat with closed eyes. Just feel, what’s happening in and around your body. Of course, it too hard to feel the body on day 1. When you start doing every day. Do this particular step. Please, correct me, if I’m wrong. After every physical and mental activity, we should know what happens in our bodies. This is what I would do.
STEP 8: Have patience. The impact might take a year too. Just build this habit. Eventually, you will able to realize, a kind of strong mental fitness. In fact, a healthy lifestyle too.
The proverb I read in my school days. I would love to convey at this moment.
“Health is wealth”.
It is your duty and responsibility to nourish.

AGAIN, I LOST MY WRITING STREAK!

The 138 days streak, ends on Friday.
Again, I’m gonna start with zero.
OMG, why this is happening to me?
Writing every day something good and valuable is far more priority for me. Writing with this content, I’m not excusing myself/narrating a story. Even a step more, strategic content. I’m not emotional here. But, felt, rigid.
I’m urged to say here, how I sincerely love writing.
I wrote about a blog post. Why fatigue happens?
On Friday, I cannot believe. What’s happening? Feeling extreme fatigue. On the next day, I wake up at 8:10 AM, still feeling too dizzy, still lying on my bed without sleeping till 4:00 PM.
Feeling too hard to write, last night posts. I have written both of the posts together at midnight.
Today, I refreshed myself anyhow. With adaptability and adamantly managed to write it. If I missed today, felt ashamed. This must not happen.
Feeling deeply struggled to write. Still, my soul says, this is the reality of writing as a writer. Simultaneously, my subconscious mind says, be wise as a writer and deliver valuable content to the readers.
I don’t know the sequence of writing. I do more grammatical errors than a normal writer. But, I don’t wanna miss this writing rhythm.
I’m ready to say this statement, in every blog post. There is nothing wrong to start again with zero. Just start. Let’s start.
If you keep writing matters most. If you start doing stuff, what you want matters most. Writing is a journey, as I breathe.
Again, I’m gonna start with zero.

With respect.

LEARNING IS AN NEVER-ENDING PROCESS:

We cannot learn everything in our life. Strategically, we can learn something every day until our last breath.
All successful people are life-long learners. They have a single goal. To learn. When they reached the peak, they never consider themselves I learned everything.
Why they were learning?
Learning will make them succeed and sustain too.
When I take-ways from successful people, I started noticing that leaning is the never-ending process. I started deciding, it should be part of our everyday activity. Every morning, you brush up your teeth, bath, foods, and everything. It must stick to our minds.
Kind of habit, you need to automate yourself. Here, I’m not rushing you all. Right now, you have to start building your learning track. It must be your life-long track. It doesn’t matter, whether smooth or hard or comfortable. The mantra is what you have to do.
My core suggestion is, pick up your favorite book or podcasts or seminars/conference that relates you to your passion or profession. Keep updating, what you want.
There is nothing wrong with starting something new or starting with zero. But, if you stay in zero, that ultimately leads to self-sabotage.
Even more, what I say to myself and everyone too. Every day least pick few minutes to stand and think alone. Or be in your team make sure that your people should be productive/ambitious/curious. Start discussing and thinking deeply. The ultimate level of learning should share with our peers.
Still, there are more to learn every day, because it is a never-ending process.

With respect.
