I saw that bad handwriting should be regarded as a sign of an imperfect education.
Here is a golden Rule…. Write legibly. The average temper of the human race would be perceptibly sweetened, if everybody obeyed this Rule!
Sending a handwritten letter is becoming such an anomaly. It’s disappearing. My mom is the only one who still writes me letters. And there’s something visceral about opening a letter – I see her on the page. I see her in her handwriting.
With patience and calm, persistence and stoicism, good handwriting and careful labeling, they would meet persecution, indignity, and hardship head-on.
